Delivery areas
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Shipping cost
A flat rate of R100 applies to all orders, calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time
Cape Town orders placed before 12pm are delivered same day. For all other areas nationwide, delivery takes 2–3 business days once dispatched.

Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if any significant delays arise.
