SLAYD — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Your right to cancel (Online Purchases)
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving your goods, without penalty.

To cancel, notify us via WhatsApp at +27 76 958 5599 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned goods in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached, we will process your refund.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +27 76 958 5599 with your order number and photos of the issue. In line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund — the choice is yours.

Conditions for returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase required. Intimate apparel may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Refund method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, or EFT for manual payments. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect once processed.
